Today, March 8th, is a celebration of the achievements made by women throughout history and signifies a continued mission for gender equality.
TNT would like to wish a Happy International Women’s Day to all women that rend this club a whole lot richer,in form of players, leaders, parents, mother’s. You should be celebrated yesterday – today – tomorrow.
J16: A 1st time experience in NM för our J16 team ended this past weekend after 2 losses but also many indications of growth. The team was represented by 8 girls who left everything on the floor, every time they stepped on the floor. Last half of the last game on Saturday showed plenty of team – and unselfish plays which is the best kind of foundation to build on for the future.
G19: The boys on the other hand, had a 1st close game vs Sandvika on Friday, which was decided in the last minutes. Final score: 79 – 68.
Game 2 on Saturday had them face of with a tough Böler team, in which G19 competed for the 1st half of the game but they Böler took charge of the game. Final Result: 123-77.
Yesterday’s game 3 was a must win game for both teams involved. TNT was in control of the game until the last minute where Skien was better at keeping it cool and made he right choices at the finish line. Tough and unwanted ending for G19 boys in their NM adventure this year.
All in all, despite the sense of dissapointment that some of our players might feel..the club and other standbyers, as well, cannot be more proud of how they have represented themselves individually and together as a team. 🔝🙌🏀
We can’t wait to see what other experiences await all of our future stars and what kind of impact they will leave on this beautiful game of basketball. 🔥⭐️
De 2 helgene etter påskeferien inviterer NBBF Region Øst og et knippe arrangørklubber til regionsmesterskap (RM) for å markere avslutningen på den regionale sesongen 2023-2024.
Mesterskapene i de ulike klassene vil bli spilt over 2 helger. Klassene U13, U14 og U15 spiller helgen 05.-07.april. Ås Basket og Ullern Basket er tekniske arrangører. Kampene vil bli spilt i Åshallen (2 flater), Ørakerhallen og Ullern Flerbrukshall.
U16, U17 og U19 skal gjøre opp om titlene helgen etter, den 12.-14.april med Kjelsås, Persbråten og Oppsal som tekniske arrangører. Kampene blir spilt i Engebråtenhallen, Persbråtenhallen og F21.
Kvalifikasjonskriterier
Grunnet en rekordstor påmelding av lag i seriespill har vi i klassene GU13, GU14B og GU15B satt opp 8 kvalifiserte lag som møtes til kvartfinaler. Dette for å sikre at alle serievinnerne får muligheten til å spille RM. I de øvrige klassene er det 4 lag som kvalifiserer seg, og under er kvalifikasjonskriteriene for hver klasse listet opp. Merk at lag som spiller med innvilget dispensasjon (D) ikke har mulighet til å bli seriemester eller kvalifisere seg til RM. I serier der et lag med dispensasjon ender øverst, så er det høyest rangerte lag uten dispensasjon som krones til serievinner.

With Vinterferie around the corner, we would like to inform all of our members that the whole next week, Uke 8, basketball courts like Wang, Sandeåsen and Labakken (maintenance) will be closed!
TNT members will be have access to Eikhallen from 12-16 for Åpen Hall and 17-19 for ORGANIZED practices only. Practice schedules should be updated in Spond.
Göteborg Basketfestival 2024!!📣
Start: 9 Maj 2024 (avresa 8 Maj) – vi åker med buss via Horten/Moss till Göteborg.
Slut: 12 Maj 2024 (avresa ca 18.00 – i Tönsberg ca 22.00)
Gøteborg Cup 2024 har en egenandel på kr 3300,- som dekker reise, opphold (hvilken skole dette blir, er ikke avgjort enda, men det vil komme info om dette i god tid før avreise), kamper og mat – kun lommepenger til litt ekstra mat, Liseberg osv. er nødvendig.
Hvert lag organiserer seg selv med tanke på kamper, mat, Liseberg ol. Men er det mulighet for å gjøre noe felles, er dette noe vi selvsagt prioriterer. Det serveres frokost på skolen vi bor på. Lunsj og middag spiser vi i på en skole i byen. Kveldsmat og lunsj/middag på søndag må vi organisere selv, så spillerne må ha med litt lommepenger.
Lørdag og søndag er det sluttspill, og de som blir slått ut følger de andre lagene, støtter dem, eller drar på Liseberg og hygger seg der. Det er veldig viktig å presisere at ingen barn får lov til å gå alene uten en voksen – og vi forflytter oss alltid som et felles lag!!

For some years now, we have had the opportunity to offer our members and non, the possibility to come to Eikhallen and play basketball on own terms on Friday evenings.
Åpen hall is FREE OF CHARGE for all of our TNT members and Åpen Hall times are already posted in your team’s calendar.
This coming week, we will be adding an extra step for non TNT members.
For everyone else who would like to use the Open hall offer and IS NOT A TNT MEMBER, the cost is 127kr (one time payment /year), which is something that was implemented when we first started with this offer. For payment, you can use VIPPS @ 70547.
The extra step is the necessity to join the Åpen Hall Friday group in Spond, so we can keep you ajourned about updates and changes.

Ny måned..nye spennende ting å skrive om.
I midten av februar går de regionale NT-samlingene for U15 og U16 av stabelen.
Vi er veldig stolte over at vi har 4 spillere som skal representere seg selv og TNT i disse og kjempe om plass på finalesamlingen som går etter NM.
I kategorien U15 har vi to gutter, Oscar Holte Lysell og Hayden Skar Yttervik og en jente, Ronja Fredheim Korneliussen.
I U16 er det Dilshan Perera som skal sørge for å bære TNT-flagget høyt.
Senere denne måneden er det tid for NM som spilles helgen 23-25 februar, så vi har to lag som må spille om en videre plassering.
GU19-spillere kjemper først mot Sandvika, mens jentene må opp i tøff motstand når de møter EB85.
Kampene deretter avhenger av resultatene fra disse to første kampene.

Very exciting times await TNT Towers and some of the youth teams in the coming future.
Several of TNT’s youth teams have been invited to some of the biggest international youth tournaments of the year. Invitation sent to a select few teams that have impressed at last year’s events or current season’s results.
At the end of March, our G2009 team led by Petter Fredheim – Korneliussen, Haukur Sigurdsson and Ivar Berg Ørstavik will represent TNT’s colors in the Scania Cup. The Scania Cup has been arranged since 1981 and is a version of the Nordic Club Championship for youth teams.

Then it’s time for two other TNT teams, G2010 and G2011, to show off in international waters.
In June, the two teams will take a trip to neighboring Denmark and participate in the Copenhagen Invitational. The tournament is an exclusive basketball tournament that focuses on developing national talent in the categories U13 – U15.

At the same time, we have noticed an increase in the last two months where more children have started playing basketball recently, especially in the 2014-2015 group. We don’t know for sure what this is due to, but it is probably safe to say that all of our coaches have contributed to something positive and extraordinary in the development of our players. Without them this would not have been possible!
Get Recruited is coming to Norway!
¨This platform has played a direct role in helping over 35 players sign basketball scholarships in the last 3 seasons. At the showcase, players will go through physical testing, game drills, and compete in 5v5 matches—all streamed for college coaches. The players also receive lunch, a jersey, and unlimited access to the event film.
It is the dream of many talented players to compete at the college level in the U.S. Get Recruited aims to help facilitate that in an honest, economical way that federations, clubs, and parents can trust. As a former college and professional player, I’ve been able to build a network of hundreds of coaches at various levels in the States¨.
Applications are open to both boys and girls, players from the classes of 2024, 2025 and 2026.
